About the Role
As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for washing and sanitizing all dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or manual cleaning methods. You will ensure that all cleaned items are properly dried and stored, maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area, dispose of garbage and recycling, assist with kitchen equipment cleaning, and adhere to food safety regulations. You will work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations during meal service.
About You
Required:
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment and follow cleaning protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude.
