About You
Required:
- High school graduation or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience in emergency telecommunications operations or equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and must be bondable.
- Must possess the State of Texas TCOLE Basic Telecommunications Operator Certification.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of FCC rules and procedures for radio transmission.
- Ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously and make quick decisions under stress.
- Good short-term memory and typing skills (35 wpm).
