About the Role
As a Dispensary Associate, you will act as a trusted advisor, focusing on patient acquisition for medicinal cannabis and welcoming adult-use customers. Your responsibilities include offering comprehensive education on cannabis strains and effects, ensuring tailored information for informed decisions, delivering warm service, recording transactions in the POS system, and maintaining a clean and organized dispensary environment.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems.
