As a Dispensary Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience, guiding customers through sales transactions, maintaining the sales floor, fulfilling customer orders, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. You will also develop product knowledge and respond to customer inquiries both in-store and online.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and strong work ethic.
Preferred:
- Retail experience preferred, cannabis retail experience a plus.
- Cannabis point of sale (POS) software experience.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
