Summary
Salesforce is seeking a Distributed Systems Cloud Architect - Identity and Access to join their team in Bellevue, WA. The role involves designing and building highly resilient, available, and self-healing services in GoLang or Java, focusing on Identity and Access Management.
About the Role
As a Distributed Systems Cloud Architect, you will be responsible for creating a modern Identity and Access Management platform that protects production environments from threats. You will collaborate with stakeholders to address application feature gaps, drive security and compliance projects, and mentor team members. Your work will include developing long-range plans and participating in the Hyperforce Architectural Council.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years experience leading architecture with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects.
- Experience delivering highly available, scalable, resilient services on open cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Ability to document designs comprehensively.
- Ability to code in Java or GoLang.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management subsystems including SSO, LDAP, MFA, FIDO2, Kerberos.
- Experience with continuous integration platforms such as Jenkins, Spinnaker, Gitlab CI.
Preferred:
- Experience with AWS account and permission management best practices.
- Experience supporting security and compliance uplift campaigns.
