Summary
Salesforce is seeking a Distributed Systems Cloud Architect - Identity and Access to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves designing a modern Identity and Access Management platform to protect production environments from threats.
About the Role
As a Distributed Systems Cloud Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop highly resilient and self-healing services on open cloud platforms. You will be responsible for creating long-range plans for the Hyperforce Identity Management space and mentoring team members in architecture and standards development.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years experience leading architecture with a distinguished track record on technically demanding projects.
- Experience delivering highly available, scalable, resilient services on open cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
- Ability to document designs comprehensively and create Proof of Concept architecture with code.
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management subsystems including SSO, LDAP, MFA, FIDO2, Kerberos.
Preferred:
- Experience with AWS account and permission management best practices.
- Experience supporting security and compliance uplift campaigns.
