About the Role

As a Distribution and Logistics Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining partnerships with 3PL providers, managing key performance indicators, overseeing the customer order management process, and implementing a comprehensive distribution strategy. You will also lead a high-performing distribution team and ensure compliance with customer requirements.

About You

Required:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in distribution management, with a strong emphasis on 3PL relationships and order management.
Proven track record of success in optimizing distribution operations and delivering results.
Deep understanding of the wholesale industry and the specific requirements of retailers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Preferred:

Experience managing an eCommerce distribution operation, directly or through a 3PL.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP and WMS systems.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
