About the Role
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for replenishing inventory, verifying product accuracy, assisting with inbound logistics, maintaining a clean work environment, and guiding team members. You will also need to communicate effectively, problem-solve proactively, and ensure compliance with safety standards while maintaining high order fulfillment accuracy.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months warehouse or production experience.
- 6+ months experience managing a team.
- Forklift Certification.
- 6+ months experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Preferred:
- 6+ months experience with RF-Smart and Shinesty Shipping App (or similar programs).
- Ability to communicate effectively with English and/or Spanish-speaking teammates.
