About You
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales or equivalent experience in leading high-performing teams.
- Hematology experience, including understanding of reimbursement, access, and distribution.
- Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations.
