ADP is seeking a District Channel Manager - Tax Credits to join their team in Mountain Home, TX. The role involves identifying and cultivating new prospects, cross-selling solutions, and effectively closing sales in the tax credits and business incentives sector.
About the Role
As a District Channel Manager, you will be responsible for reaching or exceeding assigned sales goals, implementing sales strategies, managing internal and external relationships, and connecting customer needs with ADP products and services. You will also be expected to build a network with key decision makers and utilize ADP's sales technology to identify opportunities.
About You
Required:
Five or more years of work experience.
HCM experience.
Preferred:
5 years successfully selling into the business community, preferably in the up market of HCM sales; tax credit experience is an asset.
Proven ability to canvass, qualify, analyze needs, present/demo, and close prospects.
Excellent work ethic, motivation and leadership skills.
