About the Role
As a District Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for coaching Field Service Managers, building partnerships with local dealers, and supporting the team in dealer engagements. You will also provide leadership to improve service solutions and customer satisfaction while ensuring profitability.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree + 8 years of dealer operations experience or associates/vocational tech school and 15+ years related experience in an industrial field.
- Multiple years of experience in aftersales support with 2+ years management experience.
- Strong understanding of dealer operations, preferably in the ag or industrial field.
- Excellent business and technical communication skills.
- Conflict management and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Professional level understanding of profit and loss and cash flow.
- Management experience leading a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
- Coaching ability in retail inventory management for spare parts business.
- Advanced level skills using MS Office.
- Proven ability to gain and retain trust of Kubota dealer's management team.
