- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales-related experience.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and experience with CRM – Dynamics is preferred.
- Commercial flooring experience or experience in commercial interiors or finishes.
