Geloso Beverage Group is seeking a District Manager for Texas to join their team in San Antonio, TX. The role involves managing and increasing brand visibility and sales within the designated territory.
About the Role
As a District Manager, you will work with area distributors to develop and build Geloso's brands. This position requires 40% overnight travel across Texas and occasional visits to neighboring territories. You will establish distribution, support merchandising, conduct regular ride-alongs with distributors, and track new accounts and product placements. You will also report on market conditions and execute brand plans in collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager.
About You
Required:
Minimum of 1-5 years’ experience in sales & marketing in a related beer business or alcoholic beverage industry.
Proven ability to manage relationships with distributor leadership and key retailers.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and web-based reporting tools.
Preferred:
Knowledge of local beer market.
Experience with Vermont Information Processing (VIP).
Strong written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
