- Demonstrated leadership in building and retaining high-performing teams in a retail, service, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of top-tier performance and experience managing operational audits and payroll budgets.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to relocate for lateral and promotional opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Passion for sales and customer service excellence.
- Weekend availability by telephone.
- Occasional travel required to other markets for support.

- $128,000 first year annual total compensation including base, guaranteed bonus, and restricted stock units.
- Second year bonus potential increase to $20,000 performance-based bonus.
