About the Role
As a District Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key On-Premise accounts, targeting and developing new business accounts, and achieving territory goals. You will collaborate with the Regional Manager, conduct ride-alongs with distributor teams, provide training to distributor reps, oversee inventory and purchasing execution, and deliver updates on market trends. This position requires proactive identification of pricing opportunities and coordination of tastings and staff trainings to enhance brand knowledge.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of alcohol beverage sales experience in distributor or supplier roles.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and travel 40–60% of the week.
Preferred:
- Existing market relationships.
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and merchandising execution.
- Experience with restaurant beverage program operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
