About the Role

As a District Manager, you will manage a team of Retail Specialists, spending 80% of your time in the market and 20% in the office. Your responsibilities include training and developing your team, setting sales goals, addressing account issues, and ensuring compliance with company standards. You will also be involved in recruiting new talent and maintaining strong relationships with chain accounts.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of sales experience.
3+ years in the spirits or wine industry.
2+ years of managerial experience with a sales team.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Experience working in a startup environment.
Proven track record of success in sales.
Ability to manage individuals to exceed goals and perform to defined metrics.
