- 4-Year College Degree (BA, BS) and 6-8 years' experience.
- Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
- Strong passion, drive, and self-motivation with a competitive nature to achieve results.
- Capacity for leadership and managing change.
- Strong technology skills including Word, Excel, and Subaru applications.
- Prior retail sales experience.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
