About the Role
In this vital role, you will lead a team of Specialty Account Managers, analyze market dynamics, set strategic action plans, and ensure effective resource use. You will build business strategies aligned with corporate goals, manage administrative duties, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. The position requires collaboration across divisions, fostering customer relationships, and maintaining a productive work environment.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate degree AND 2 years of Sales/Marketing experience OR Master's degree AND 6 years of Sales/Marketing experience OR Bachelor's degree AND 8 years of Sales/Marketing experience.
- 2 years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams.
Preferred:
- Minimum of 4+ years sales management or 8+ years pharma/account management experience in rare disease.
- Sales experience in biologics, infusion, and/or rare/specialty products.
- Experience working with institutions and integrated delivery networks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
