- High School diploma or equivalent.
- IAODAPCA Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or counseling.
- Master's degree preferred, not required.
- Some knowledge of ASAM clinical guidelines and relevant regulations.

Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC) is a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization that treats and prevents substance use as well as an array of other related issues.
