About the Role
As the Division Chief of General Anesthesiology, you will oversee clinical, research, and educational activities within the division. Responsibilities include managing personnel, leading clinical operations, mentoring faculty and fellows, and ensuring the division meets its mission of excellence in clinical care, education, and research. You will also be involved in developing systems for mentoring and promoting academic advancement among faculty and staff.
About You
Required:
- M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Board certification in Pediatric Anesthesiology with subspecialty certification or board eligibility.
- Pennsylvania licensure.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing a multi-site clinical division.
- Demonstrated academic productivity and leadership in anesthesiology.
