About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields; MBA or MHA desirable.
- 10 to 15 years of progressive managerial and significant financial experience.
- Proven track record in multi-unit operational experience.
- Excellent presentation skills at the CEO level.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time).
- Possess (A.S.H.E.) CHFM, Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager, or obtain within 12 months of start.
- Demonstrated aptitude for managing senior director-level teams or above.
