- Texas RN license required.
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Informatics, or Business Administration required.
- National informatics certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical informatics leadership experience, including oversight of large-scale projects.
- Extensive Meditech experience required.
- Deep understanding of electronic health record systems, informatics tools, and healthcare data analytics.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and project management skills.
- Expertise in change management, clinical transformation, and provider engagement.
- Collaborative leadership style with the ability to build partnerships across service lines and disciplines.
- Proficiency with advanced IT tools and data visualization platforms.
- Deep knowledge of evolving healthcare regulations, reimbursement models, and technology trends.
