As a DMV Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and verifying DMV documents, reviewing documentation for accuracy, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, training and mentoring staff, maintaining records, managing workflow, identifying process improvements, adhering to service level agreements, and resolving complex DMV issues.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in DMV processing, consumer lending, or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- In-depth knowledge of state-specific DMV documentation and processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and DMV-specific software.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree or relevant certification in a related field.
- Experience in training and mentoring team members.
