Summary
Fiserv is seeking a DNA PS Implementation Support, Consultant to join their team in Berkeley Heights, NJ. The role involves assisting clients with training, workflow assessment, and implementation of DNA core solutions.
About the Role
As a DNA PS Implementation Support, Consultant, you will configure and implement DNA Core Processing functionality, document client discussions, manage client inquiries, test new features, and assist clients in redefining their Loan Servicing processes. You will also provide recommendations and consultation to clients engaged in professional service engagements.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma and/or equivalent military experience.
- 3+ years of experience working in the banking and/or credit union industry.
- 2+ years of experience in MS Office tools.
- Experience managing or resolving high volume client inquiries.
- 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles with internal/external clients.
- Ability to travel up to 60%, within the US and Canada.
- Flexibility to work after hours/on-call as needed.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience with DNA core processing system.
- 2+ years of experience with SQL.
- Associate degree or higher.
- 2+ years of experience in Consumer Loan Servicing, Commercial Loan Servicing, or Mortgage Loan & Escrow Servicing.
- 2+ years of experience in Investor/Participation Lending.
- 2+ years of experience in Back Office Processing.
