As a Document Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing and managing printed documents, tracking requests, maintaining electronic records, assisting employees with document-related tasks, and performing various administrative duties. You will ensure adherence to document SOPs and maintain a safe work environment.
About You
Required:
- 2 - 4 years administrative or customer service experience in an office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) and demonstrated accuracy with alphanumeric data entry.
Preferred:
- 1 - 2 years records management, data entry or similar experience.
- Experience with documentation in a regulated environment and electronic tracking of documents.
