Summary
RICOH COLOMBIA is seeking a Document Management Specialist to join their team in Canonsburg, PA. The role involves overseeing and coordinating daily tasks, workflow, and special projects within the Records Management Department.
About the Role
As a Document Management Specialist, you will perform records center operations tasks, respond to specific requests for records, maintain filing and indexing, generate labels, support legal hold processes, and provide exemplary customer service. You will also handle special projects and maintain confidentiality of all firm and client files.
About You
Required:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; BA or AA preferred; special training in Records Management a plus.
- One or more years of college with specialized coursework in administrative management and computer technology.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Records management or filing experience with cataloging systems.
- Law firm experience interacting with legal secretaries, paralegals, and attorneys.
- Experience in an active records environment.
