KBR Careers is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join their team in Sterling Heights, MI. The role involves organizing, analyzing, and managing project documentation to support various initiatives for the U.S. Army programs.
About the Role
As a Documentation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing reports, managing project deliverables, and generating project cost estimates using the Microsoft Dynamics 365 suite. You will collaborate with a diverse team to enhance logistics documentation and support planning, cost estimating, and resource management initiatives. This remote/hybrid position offers flexibility while ensuring quality and cost control.
About You
Required:
Must be located in Michigan.
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
Minimum of eight years of related logistics experience.
Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC) access.
Preferred:
Familiarity with FAR, DFARs, and DoD 5000 series acquisition policies and procedures.
Experience generating schedule model network diagrams using various tools including MS Project and MS Visio.
Experience with milestone documents and risk management processes.
Prior experience or familiarity with government contracting.
Familiarity with Army SharePoint sites (Army365 Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Bi, D365).
