About the Role
As a Donation Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for donors, safely unloading donations, accurately recording donations, and maintaining a clean donation area. You will also assist with general housekeeping duties and ensure compliance with safety practices.
About You
Required:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend basic instruction in English for safety purposes and communication with management.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally with associates and customers.
- Ability to perform continuous walking, stooping, standing, bending, lifting, kneeling and climbing for prolonged periods of time (up to 7 hours - per 8 hour shift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
Preferred:
- A minimum of six months of previous work experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Previous pallet packing and forklift experience.
- Basic computer skills.
- Multilingual with proficiency in English.
