About the Role
As a Donation Utility Associate Trainee, you will be responsible for greeting donors, accepting donations, and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will assist with sorting and labeling donations, loading and unloading merchandise, and maintaining safety standards in the workplace. Cross-training will be provided for additional roles to promote employee growth.
About You
Required:
- Ability to meet customer needs and resolve issues in a friendly manner.
- Dependability and reliability in attendance and performance.
- Ability to identify and correct safety hazards.
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service roles.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack and/or forklift.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends.
