About the Role

As a Donor & Family Administrator On Call (DFAOC), you will operate in an on-call capacity, leveraging critical thinking and decision-making skills to support imminent organ referrals and family donation conversations. You will provide leadership and guidance to the Donor & Family Coordinator team, navigate family dynamics, and support training and process improvement initiatives to enhance organ and tissue donation efforts.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, social work, bereavement, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in family dynamics within a medical or hospital setting.
2 years of experience as a Family Services coordinator, or equivalent role, in an OPO.

Preferred:

Leadership experience in a related field.
