About the Role

As a Donor Greeter, you will be responsible for promptly greeting donors, assisting them with unloading donations, providing tax receipts, and maintaining accurate counts of donations. You will also ensure safety procedures are followed when handling items, keep the donation area organized, and assist with loading large items for customers. Additional duties include cleaning the sales floor and restrooms, adhering to safety rules, and attending training sessions as assigned.

About You

Required:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to greet donors courteously.
Ability to lift heavy items and follow safety procedures.

Preferred:

Experience in customer service or non-profit organizations.
Familiarity with donation processing procedures.
