BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Donor Screen to join their team in Oklahoma City, OK. The role involves performing as a plasma donor screener and conducting phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
About the Role
As a Donor Screen, you will be responsible for greeting donors, screening new and repeat donors, recording vital signs, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating donor compensation. You will also identify operational opportunities for improvement and work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- 1 or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient facing role.
Preferred:
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift to 5 lbs., and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs. and rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
