About the Role
As a Dosimetrist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently producing treatment plans using various techniques such as 3D, IMRT, SBRT, SRT, and SRS. You will troubleshoot patient setups during simulations and throughout treatment, collaborate with physicists and physicians, and assist in developing policies related to dosimetry functions and patient care.
About You
Required:
- Board certified in Medical Dosimetry by the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board (MDCB), or board eligible with intent to pursue certification.
- Ability to function with minimal supervision and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Cognitive ability to assess situational needs and problem solve.
- Ability to work in a team environment with all staff and physicians.
