- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
- Strong multitasking skills within a multi-functional team environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Clear written communication skills and computer literacy.
- Familiarity with basic scientific principles and routine bench work or instrumental analysis.
- Ability to follow written instructions accurately.
- Familiarity with protein purification processes and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations.
- Experience with Cytiva purification equipment and Unicorn software.
- Knowledge of cGMP guidelines and standards.
