About the Role
As a Drafter - Civil3D/CAD, you will be responsible for creating detailed construction plans including site grading, drainage plans, utility plans, and roadway designs. You will work closely with engineers and architects to modify plans based on feedback, ensure accuracy, and maintain CAD files. The position requires performing complex assignments with minimal supervision and collaborating with project managers to manage scope and budgets.
About You
Required:
- An Associate Degree or equivalent Certificate for AutoCAD/Civil3D.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in Civil3D including creating surfaces, road profiles, grading, and pipe networks.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Land development industry experience.
