About the Role

As a Driveline Project Lead, you will evaluate high warranty spend and failure rate subsystems, analyze warranty data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. You will design and execute testing to validate solutions, communicate project status to management, and develop relationships with dealerships to resolve quality issues. Additionally, you will document lessons learned and ensure timely follow-through on project activities.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
1-2+ years of automotive engineering experience, specifically with powertrain components.
Experience in warranty and failure mode analysis.
Project management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
