Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Driver - Part-Time & On-Call to join their team in Concord, CA. The role involves ensuring the safe driving of community vehicles and supervising residents during outings.
About the Role
As a Driver, you will be responsible for operating community vehicles safely on outings, assisting with the loading and unloading of residents, and maintaining a secure environment for all staff and residents. You will also act as a member of the activity staff during excursions and encourage teamwork among co-workers.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have either a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
Preferred:
- Two (2) years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people.
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and residents.
