Summary
Brenntag is seeking a Driver to join their team in Kentwood, MI. The role involves performing inspections, loading/unloading products, and ensuring safe delivery to unmanned locations.
About the Role
As a Driver, you will be responsible for conducting pre/post trip inspections on the truck, obeying traffic laws, loading and unloading totes and equipment, completing shipping paperwork, and delivering products safely. You will also need to operate a forklift and work flexible hours, including weekends, while prioritizing safety in all operations.
About You
Required:
- GED or High School Diploma.
- Valid Class A or B CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
- Truck driving experience.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to pass drug screening and physical tests.
- Effective communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a similar driving role.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
