About the Role
As a Driver Manager, you will be responsible for communicating ETAs with load planners, utilizing McLeod software to assign work to drivers, directing daily activities in accordance with company policies, and providing guidance on compliance with trucking regulations. You will also assist drivers with documentation and counsel them on over-the-road issues.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field or 1-3 years of experience in dispatch or fleet management.
- Proficient experience with truck dispatch software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Flatbed experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
