About the Role
As a Drone Pilot, you will operate UAS to provide surveillance, reconnaissance, and security support for humanitarian aid missions. Your responsibilities will include conducting pre-flight planning, risk assessments, and mission briefings, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, maintaining UAS equipment, collaborating with ground teams, and providing detailed reports of mission outcomes.
About You
Required:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with a valid Social Security card.
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least three years of military or law enforcement experience within the past five years or successful completion of a state-certified law enforcement education and training program.
- Successful completion of Part 107 certification.
- Must meet all medical and physical standards as outlined in the contract.
Preferred:
- Ability to acquire and maintain a security clearance.
- Experience in operating unmanned aircraft systems in high-risk environments.
