About the Role
As a DS Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and supporting Shared Living and Adult Family Care home providers. Your daily tasks will include conducting home studies, collaborating with individuals and families to identify housing needs, providing tailored housing support services, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating trainings for home providers. You will work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure safe and supportive living environments.
About You
Required:
- Experience in social services or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of developmental services and adult family care programs.
- Experience in recruiting and training providers.
