About the Role
As a DSP Engineering Leader, you will emphasize strategic technical direction, organizational leadership, and ecosystem collaboration. You will guide internal contributors across audio, voice, and noise-canceling domains, motivate a globally distributed engineering team, and work closely with internal partners to define and leverage shared DSP and ML-enabled platform capabilities.
About You
Required:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a signal-processing-related field; MS strongly preferred.
- 15+ years of relevant industry experience in DSP, audio, or related domains.
- At least 3 years of experience managing technical staff.
Preferred:
- Deep domain expertise in audio signal processing, speech/voice processing, and noise reduction technologies.
- Familiarity with applied machine learning techniques for audio systems.
- Experience working with silicon vendors to influence platform capabilities.
