About the Role

As a DSP Essential, you will work directly with adults with developmental disabilities in their homes, providing support for daily living activities and ensuring a safe environment. Your responsibilities will include creating learning environments, coordinating individualized service delivery, and acting as a liaison to families and community resources. You will also participate in training and provide support during emergencies, ensuring the health and well-being of participants.

The Arc San Francisco is a learning and achievement center for over 800 individuals with developmental disabilities in San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin counties.
