About the Role
As a DVM Veterinary Partner & Hospital Equity Owner, you will be responsible for leading a veterinary practice, providing medical autonomy, and building a positive clinic culture. You will receive support in establishing a new practice with state-of-the-art equipment and a flexible location. This role emphasizes collaboration and innovation in veterinary care.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine (or equivalent) from an accredited university, and an active veterinary state license.
- 3+ Years of Veterinarian Experience.
- Current DEA License/USDA Accreditation or obtained upon hire.
- Compassionate leader with experience in managing a team and promoting a positive clinic culture.
- Effective communicator with a drive to provide high-quality medicine and mentor other veterinarians.
