About the Role

As an E-Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the e-billing process from start to finish, including rate uploads, follow-up on rejected items, and maintaining data integrity. You will coordinate between the firm, e-billing vendors, and clients, ensuring all necessary setups and submissions are completed. Your tasks will include generating LEDES files, maintaining databases of e-billed clients, and proactively recommending process improvements.

About You

Required:

Associates degree or higher in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
One to three years experience with professional services time and billing software.
Minimum two years experience in a professional services firm, preferably in a Finance department.
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel spreadsheets.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

Experience with various electronic billing systems such as Serengeti or CounselLink.
