About the Role
As an e-Commerce Associate, you will be responsible for providing great customer service and performing various tasks within the e-Commerce department. This includes working independently and as part of a team to prepare items for online sales and manage order fulfillment.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook programs.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 40 pounds.
Preferred:
- Experience with eBay, Amazon, or other online marketplaces.
