About the Role
As an E-Commerce Inventory & Reconciliation Analyst, you will be responsible for reconciling outbound shipments, investigating discrepancies, reviewing shipment documentation, managing claims, monitoring inventory levels across various ecommerce platforms, and supporting month-end reconciliation processes. You will also maintain organized documentation for audits and recommend process improvements.
About You
Required:
- 2-5 years of experience in inventory accounting, logistics coordination, supply chain operations, or a reconciliation-focused role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data reconciliation).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with 3PL providers and high-volume physical product environments.
- Familiarity with shipment documentation and claims processes.
- Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or similar product-based industries.
