About the Role
As an E-Commerce Team Member, you will be responsible for taking customer orders through the Dom's Go App, ensuring accurate product selection, monitoring the workflow of eCommerce orders, and maintaining cleanliness in the eCommerce area. You will also support a positive shopping experience for customers and communicate with them regarding order substitutions.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a retail eCommerce setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills.
- Advanced knowledge in utilizing computers and POS technology.
- Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Work Authorization in the United States is required.
