Kroger Mountain View Foods is seeking an e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department in Menomonee Falls, WI.
About the Role
As the e-COMMERCE/DEPARTMENT LEAD, you will be responsible for meeting customer expectations, ensuring compliance with laws and safety procedures, training team members, managing order intake, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining organization within the e-Commerce department. You will also provide feedback on team performance and act as the department head in the absence of the Store e-Commerce manager.
About You
Required:
- Proven supervisory experience.
- Ability to read shelf tags.
- Basic knowledge of computers.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction).
- Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Any experience in a production-oriented environment or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience.
