About the Role
As an E-Learning Tech Specialist, you will oversee the strategy, design, development, and operation of e-learning programs. Your responsibilities include researching and implementing e-learning methods, partnering with IT leadership, creating implementation plans, designing learning materials, monitoring usage and adoption of learning offerings, and managing e-learning content from vendors. You will also serve as a liaison between e-learning vendors and IT subject matter experts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training solutions.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a large Law Firm or comparable professional services organization.
- Demonstrated experience with a Learning Management System as a developer or administrator.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
- College degree in instructional technology, education, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with HTML and audio and video editing software.
- Knowledge in Accessibility standards and compliance requirements.
